General
Our high current plugs and sockets find applications wherever large machines and equipment with currents as high as 200 A to 400 A and 1000 VAC have plug-in connections. Worldwide in various designs, on building sites, in docks and for tunnel construction.
To ensure maximum safety all plug-in devices are provided as standard with pilot contacts, which can be electrically interlocked if necessary. The contact bushings are provided with contact cover disks, which reliably prevent touching of live parts.
The robust construction and high corrosion protection comply with heavy-duty application conditions. The contacts are silver-plated to provide protection against aggressive environments.
Damaged contact parts (250 A / 400 A) can be exchanged from the front.
